Austin Fashion Week is always looking for fresh faces that can strut their stuff down the catwalk. If you’re interested in modeling, you don’t necessarily need experience and we cast models of all genders, ethnicities, ages, sizes and ability levels. All applicants will be invited to an open model call and we’ll take it from there!
MODEL INFORMATION
Austin Fashion Week focuses on inclusive runways. We cast models that fit the more traditional “professional model” category along with models of various sizes, abilities, genders and more.
While the majority of the models we cast are people we’ve worked with in the past, we are always on the lookout for fresh faces.
Typically, we host at least one open model call each season. Once you have completed the application, you will be given further model call details. You will not hear from us until a couple of weeks before the model call. The next model call will be held in April 2025.
If you have a child that would like to model, please complete the application, but opportunities for children models are extremely limited.
Please note: All Austin Fashion Week events are 100% inclusive. We do not discriminate for any reason whatsoever. You can have an intellectual or physical disability. You can be transgender. You can be short or tall. You can be size 0 to size 100. We are always willing to review any potential model and will ultimately cast models based on designer needs and wants and how those align with our mission.

MODEL APPLICATION DEADLINE
To be considered for Austin Fashion Week Spring 2025, we must have your application completed by March 25, 2025. ALL POTENTIAL MODELS MUST COMPLETE AN APPLICATION, EVEN IF YOU’VE WALKED FOR US BEFORE.
MODEL CALL INFORMATION: ADDED MARCH 10, 2025
The open model call will take place on SUNDAY, MARCH 30. Please mark your calendar. ONLY MODELS THAT HAVE COMPLETED THE APPLICATION BELOW WILL RECEIVE FULL MODEL CALL DETAILS INCLUDING LOCATION AND TIME. You still MUST complete the application below by March 25, 2025
NOTE: Models that were cast for Austin Fashion Week Spring 2024 (last year) by Claire Saldana will NOT be required to attend the open casting call. However, you will be asked to contact Claire Saldana directly to confirm you are available to walk from May 8-10, 2025 during Austin Fashion Week. You still MUST complete the application below.

We’re sorry but the model application has closed for Spring 2025. Please do not email us asking if there are still spaces available. There were almost 1000 applicants and we have plenty of models to work with this season. We hope to work with you in the future.
