The personal sentiment and care that put into each piece is a testament to everything that I stand for, regarding the focus on making women feel powerful, luxurious, and beautiful.

Ada & Edith is a Houston based, style-driven womenswear brand that places emphasis on prioritizing comfort without compromising style. Inspired by a gap in the market for versatile, high end womenswear, Ada & Edith’s founder Ukonwa Ojo aimed to create easy-to-wear, fashion forward styles ideal for busy lifestyles. Ada & Edith challenges traditional norms by offering a curated selection of “wow” pieces with detail-driven design inspired by incredible, real-life working women who do it all. Ada & Edith makes high fashion and effortless style accessible to all women without sacrificing comfort for style.

Ojo founded Ada & Edith in January 2024 after pausing a highly successful, decades-long corporate career which included over 60 awards and honors from Forbes Magazine, Women’s Wear Daily and Financial Times among others. Inspired by an extended journey through Italy, Ojo began sketching and tapped into her true passions – fashion and design.

Hello! I’m Nysha King. I was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and moved to San Antonio, Texas due to Hurricane Katrina.

I was then accepted to The University of the Incarnate Word. I graduated with a BFA in Fashion Design and a minor in Business Management. During my time at UIW I took a course in Sustainability and it made me begin to think what I can do to help the fashion industry not be the highest industry contributing to CO2 emissions.

I like to design with the Earth in mind, and I’ve prioritized eco-conscious design. I source cotton-blend, and/or linen material, thrifted materials and deadstock materials. My design style now focuses on timeless, business-casual pieces, emphasizing craftsmanship and sustainability.

My name is Bria Good and I was born and raised in Austin, TX. My love for fashion started when I was a little girl with my first pair of Barbie heels. I’m a firm believer in the transformative ways fashion and clothing can have on your life. As a designer, I want to be a part of that magic in every woman’s closet. BELMUSE is an up-and-coming contemporary womenswear brand focused on the ever-changing, yet timeless woman. BELMUSE means to be a beautiful inspiration. We want our women – our Muses – to be inspired by our clothing and in turn inspire individuals around them by creating a story with our designs. FashionDisorder : American fashion designer, Trisha Sherman, originally emerging from Midland, Texas. Trisha is designing out in California making her way in Austin, Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Paris, London and Milan. She creates Avant-Garde garments that pushes the norm ready-to-wear garments creative conversational statement pieces that have been featured overseas in magazine for British Vogue, Pairs L’OFFICIEL, Italy Fashion RED*EYE, and Germany L’OFFICIEL magazines.

She focuses on one time production pieces to limit fashion waste onto the planet and competing with fast fashion companies hoping to create exciting fashion-forward statement pieces as a small black and asian business. I’m Marjorie mom of 4 girls. I officially started my fashion journey in 2013. I have been working as a hairstylist for 30 years and there is nothing more rewarding than being able to make a difference in a person’s life by helping them feel good about themselves. So from there, I began to sew clothes, wanting to specialize in trendy styles for the heavy breast and plus size women, to give them the full package from head to toe. When you look good, you feel great! Your confidence level soars, allowing you to go do things you wouldn’t have dreamt of. To know that my designs played a part means the world and lets me know I made the right decision to follow my passion in fashion. Design is about self expression. You can be the quietest person in the room but what you’re wearing and how your hair is styled can speak for you. I want to be the voice that speaks for you when you wear my pieces.
