From the vibrant rhythms of Puerto Rico to the intricate art of hat-making, Jorge, known in the world of millinery as La Sombra, crafts headwear that stands as a testament to his unique vision and heritage. After dedicating 21 years of active service to the military and two tours of duty in Afghanistan, Jorge’s journey took a transformative turn toward his lifelong passion: fedoras and the rich world of hatting and millinery.
Drawing inspiration from the iconic Pedro Navaja, a street figure immortalized in Latin American culture by Ruben Blades, La Sombra infuses each creation with a touch of intrigue and elegance. His wide-brimmed hats (sombreros de ala ancha), like all his creations, offer not just shade but a statement of individuality.

This launch really is a culmination of the experiences the designer behind the brand – Kathleen Bily – collected in her time on this beautiful planet. It’s a celebration of the amazing people, places, and memories that have graced the designer’s life and left an impact. And with every sketch, every fabric selection, every stitch, she is infusing all of that energy into each piece. Origin Of Oceans essentially means the origin of life. Which the designer chose to embrace and celebrate every day. Studio Guillermo Rios is where fashion and abstract art collide—an immersive exploration of identity, duality, and cultural memory. Founded in Fall 2024 by award-winning artist Guillermo Rios, the studio reimagines wearable art by transforming denim and textiles into living canvases of storytelling.
At its core, Studio Guillermo Rios is rooted in history. Denim—once the fabric of resilience worn by laborers in the sugar cane fields of Jalisco, Mexico—is reborn through intricate processes of bleaching, dyeing, and hand-painting. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind reflection of heritage and transformation.
This duality is present not only in the narrative but in the materials themselves. The rough, utilitarian nature of denim stands in stark contrast to the soft, ethereal fashion imagery that adorns it—embodying a visual and tactile dichotomy. It is in this tension between past and present, hard and soft, function and art, that the studio thrives.

To start off Clothing Co is an elegant street brand originating from Stlouis, Mo. We also go by Travelers bc we Travel the world with our brand from Austin, Tx even to Columbia. The name Weleba comes from my old childhood street which hold beautiful memories. As you search through our catalog you will see we aim for more of vintage 90s looks. Growing up in early 90s left impressionable memories which i keep alive through fashion. Weleba is not just a clothing brand, Weleba is a well lived experience. We strive to bring back thoughtful sentimental memories through our fashion.

Our materials are made of recycled plastic bottles and fishing nets. We use a no-water dyeing process that cuts down on waste. We take every scrap of material that passes through our shop and turn it into something of use and beauty.
